Twitter | YouTube Writer and culinary researcher. Finding an interest in cooking in junior high after watching a documentary about Japanese chefs training in France and Italy, he enrolled in Hattori Nutrition College and started work as a chef after he graduated. While he was able to open up his own restaurant at the age of 24, business was not doing well, and he started writing on the side to make a living. His debut work "Goodbye America" was published in 2005 which won numerous literary awards - he was able to use this money to work as a full-time writer for about four years. Since then, he has balanced his time between writing articles about food for magazines and posting cooking videos on his Youtube channel.
